We don't want to waste your time, and making the wrong decision when choosing business software is not in anyone's interest. Therefore we consider our pre-sales interaction with you just as much a part of our service as all the activities that follow after the sale.
If initially or at some later point in the pre-sales process we feel SAP Business One may not be suitable for you, we will tell you!
First Meeting
Our typical pre-sales process starts with one or more phone conversations, followed by an initial survey in your place of business. We ask a lot of pertinent questions, and you will find we do a lot more listening than talking.
Getting Acquainted
If we mutually agree that our software and services could be beneficial to your company, we will meet again to gather more information; answer questions and demonstrate our solution.
Reaching Agreement
We will meet again to make a formal proposal, accompanied by a contract for your approval.
Our objective is to be sure we have reached a mutual understanding regarding what each party must do to make the implementation a success.
Working together beginning at this stage we make plans to exceed your expectations, control expenses and finish the project on schedule and within budget.
